LOWER UTILITY BILLS
I live up in Muskegon and purchased that heat pump system from you (installed November last year). Long story short, I heat/cool 4500 square feet of house. Prior to purchasing the geothermal from you, I filled my 500 gal. propane tank every month in the winter and once in the summer months (hot water heater) for an average yearly cost of between $3400 and $5000 in propane, depending on the fluctuation of propane prices. NOW, with the Geo-Thermal set up I purchased through you, I put the minimum 300 gal. of propane in my tank (wishful thinking) on December 3rd last year. I am still running on the same tank!!!!! My electric bill went up about $40 a month in the winter (assuming that’s due to my water pump running a more than normal), but we just received our first actual electric bill for June (since kicking on the AC which also works great) and it went DOWN $100 a month compared to last year when we ran the AC unit outside. All said and done when I crunch the numbers, this system will have paid itself off in less than a year and a half. I am impressed with how it performs and how well you took care of me.
