APPRECIATION
I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your crew hustling to get things done on Friday. My daughter was actually a bit disappointed that they weren’t still working when she arrived home from school at 4! And, my 2 year old son told my husband that his favorite part of Friday was “watching the nice guys fix the furnace. They have cool tools and a big ladder!”
We did obtain one other estimate, as I think I told you when you came by to do this estimate. You beat it by $8000! That made our decision even easier. However, I wanted to let you know that it was the respect your workers have for you as a boss and a business man that will keep us consistent clients. Thank you!
