Yes No « BackNext » This can be caused by the disconnect being offFind the grey box generally affixed to your house that is wired in to the air conditioner outside. Open the front door and check to see if the plug or the switch is set to the on position.*Caution* There will be high voltage to the disconnect. This box is here so that we can kill power to the unit before it is worked on. If you don’t feel comfortable checking this, please contact us for service.Did that solve your problem? At the thermostat turn the fan to the on position and feel for air flow at the registers listen for the blower at the furnace itself.Is the blower motor running in the furnace and attempting to move air? (The box above the furnace)If the refrigerant charge is off significantly it may cause the evaporator coil to freeze up during operation. Once frozen it is difficult to push air through a block of ice and results in reduced air flow to the house. Yes, there is ice present No, it is just blowing warm air « BackNext » Sounds like you need expert carePlease turn the system “off” at the thermostat, but turn the fan to the “on” position. The evaporator coil needs to be completely thawed out before we are able to diagnose and work on the system.
