A service technician is the face of the company.  Your interaction with the homeowner and your skill set to fix their problems will set the tone for the relationship.

As a service tech you will be responsible for driving to multiple stops daily to diagnose, recommend solutions and, fix the problem we were called to sort out.  Our service techs are personable and willing to spend face to face time with the customer explaining your findings and building trust and rapport through honesty.  We are not a flat rate company and don’t expect our service techs to be sales people.  We don’t offer solutions or repairs the customer doesn’t need.

We have 8-10 guys sharing the load for on call responsibilities.  Everyone signs up for a week that works well with their schedule 2 months in advance.  We offer bonus compensation for being on call in addition to overtime.

As a service tech the schedule varies day to day, we do our best to respect your schedule but our customers come first, the days may extend into the evenings on really cold or hot days as we work to get all emergencies taken care of.
