- Perform inspections and repairs to heating and cooling systems
- Troubleshoot technical HVAC issues
- Communicate to customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Work under time constraints and budget limits
- Order materials and supplies
We’ll provide on the job training, but there are a few qualifications needed:
- Customer service/customer communication
- Mechanical understanding
- Willingness to be challenged and accept feedback
- Ability to climb in and out of trucks and lift 75lbs
- Ability to work in Michigan heat and cold
- Ability to pass the state of Michigan and national background and drug test
- Have a clean driving record and current driver’s license
